We aim to help our customers find the right property for their needs as we want their stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. As you r choice of home is important to please speak with a representative and discuss your needs if it be the area, schools, gas heating or leisure facilities.

All properties are maintained by our own in-house maintenance team.

All queries are responded to as quickly as possibly, a dedicated e mail and telephone line is available to speed up the process. You will be kept fully informed of the progress re your repairs and maintenance.

At move in we inform all utility companies with your name, date of move in and readings with the exception of your telephone account.

All properties are fully checked including appliances prior to your move in. A folder with property information will be available and a copy of your inventory and a detailed schedule of conditions will also be given to you for your records.
