WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Once you have viewed a property and found yourself the perfect home the next step is to secure the property. You will be asked to pay a holding fee of £225 which will be deducted from your first months rent, plus a non refundable admin fee of (£75.00 for one person or a cohabiting couple or £100 for sharers). You will also be required to supply the following along with a completed application form, which can be downloaded below. If you do not have access to a printer, please call us on 01224 622776 and we will send one in the post.

A deposit is also required to be paid at move in.

GENERAL

• Previous 3 years addresses and postcodes in the UK which are traceable
• Bank details
• Occupation and salary with proof of income along with past 3 months payslips
• Clean credit history
• Household income of 33 times monthly rental i.e. monthly rental being £700 an income of £23,100 is required
• Proof of address being Gas, electric, Council Tax or Landline Telephone account
• Proof of ID being passport or full driving licence
• Overseas applicants will be required to have a passport and Visa if applicable no less than six months from expiry

STUDENTS

• Previous 3 years addresses and postcodes in the UK which are traceable
• Proof of present address being household account or bank statement
• Proof of ID being passport or full driving licence
• Name of course, College/University & student registration number
• Clean credit History
• Proof of living allowance received in applicable
• Letter confirming course details Details of any part-time employment
• A Guarantor will be required who must be UK based.(details required for guarantor, please ask your Aberdeen Letting Centre representative)

SELF EMPLOYED

• Occupation & Salary – 3 years audited account
• Or if Self Employed for less than 3 yrs Accounts and bank reference

Once all the relevant paperwork has been received the process should only take a few days to complete, you will then be advised by your ALC representative and a “move in” date will be arranged.
